Returns Policy

 

Please note we do not accept returns and cannot refund due to change of mind.

If any of our products are found to be defective, we will gladly exchange.
Please contact us asap and return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase, within 14 days of purchase. We can then issue the replacement. (Please allow another 14 business days for processing to occur).

Any Shipping fees incurred by sending back the damaged/faulty product to Signature Skin Australia can be refunded with proof of receipt. We do not take responsibility for any lost parcels when returning stock. Tracking is recommended.

Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely.
